Great news everyone! :3


Turns out Jay needed time to cool off and with the support of myself and his other supporters, he has decided not to quit the fandom (entirely) and will continue Lil Miss Rarity on the 4th.

Jay has learned from his mistakes pertaining to haters and how best to deal with them. Whenever he makes his mod blog on tumblr, he will not post things about his life, just stream info and other blog-related news. I loved reading his blog. He is so much like myself at times and he does have some fun stories. Not to mention he has a funny way of spelling things at times. But since the haters kept flooding into his blog he has decided not to fuel their fire with his own personal stuff.

Speaking of haters: did you guys know Jay has gotten death threats? Seriously... death threats over a cartoon? What's more is that Jay no longer accepts anonymous questions, so all those who went so far as to IP trace him and send pics of his own house with accompanying threat were pretty stupid since they needed to have an account to send messages. If I heard right, there have been a few arrests of these haters since Jay reported them to both Tumblr and police. Just desserts.

Lesson to you kids out there hating without a reason:

Even if you think you're anonymous, what you say can have consequences. Death threats are extremely serious and can lead up to a HEAVY fine and jail time.

Jay told me about Rarity's eventual return when I showed him my first Memorial for him. He was the first to see this and he flipped out for joy.
